Our hotel is famous for not only housing movie stars while they shoot in Vancouver's Hollywood North, but also as the location of 60 Hollywood movies, pilots, tv series and more--yes, we have also had Chinese TV shoot here--Chinese superstar Sunli shot in Star Stay Five, which is also where Jet Li was in "Romeo Must Die"!

Not only that, Star Stay Five was part of a Bud Light Super Bowl commercial shot at Pendrell Suites--they also used the inside hall.

Amenities: All guests will recieve personalized slippers and robes and amenity pack.

Hospitality: Our hotel has a great hospitality area in its meditation garden.  We regularly have weddings there and, indeed, MTV turned it into a "Los Angeles" restaurant for its comedy series "Noah's Arc."  The late Aaliyah walked through it on her way to her "Oakland, CA" apartment--which in reality is Star Stay Five--in the hit feature film "Romeo Must Die.".  Kung Fu master Jet Li, who was the star, actually did a back flip off the balcony of Star Stay Three and landed by the now removed vegtable garden.  Of course, many, many movie stars have either lunched, walked or smoked in the area.

Guests have unlimited access to our VIP hospitality venue during their stay with free, unlimited refreshments and catered items.

Goodies: Each guest will receive a so-called "Swag Bag," which holds gift items celebrating Vancouver, British Columbia and Hollywood North in Vancouver.

Capacity: Our packages are predicated on the number of bedrooms in our Star Stay Suites and double occupany in each bedroom.  So, this can range from a low of 4 persons in Star Stay Seven and 6 persons in our three bedroom Star Stays: #1 through #6.

Person/Sq. Ft.: our competitors promise double occupancy in a 250 sq. ft. hotel room.  This means each person has 125 sq.ft.  Our Star Stay Seven is 1,200 sq. ft., so even with four people in the suite--two per bedroom--the density is only  300 sq. ft. per guest--so each guest has more than twice that offerred by our competitors!  Then, when you look at 6 guests in our three bedroom suites, it is 1,500 sq. ft./6 guests equals 250 sq. ft. per guest.  Again, double the competition.

Cancellation Policy: All bookings are non-refundable unless by act of God we cannot deliver our programs.  You are advised to purchase trip insurance.

• All bookings are treated as "private & confidential" and will not be disclosed by management nor its employees, agents or subcontractors.  All our employees are required to sign Confidentiality Agreements.
• The purchasers, unless a travel agency or tour operator registered on our website, may not assign their booking(s)
• Extra nights either prior to Feb. 11, 2010 or from March 1, 2010 may be available.  Please contact us about availability and pricing after booking.
• The purchaser agrees that he will execute any other documents necessary to facilitate his participation at the booking(s), including any kind of security or health issues relating to getting here.
• Vancouver Back Lot Movie Sightseeing Tours during the 2010 Winter Olympics--until we learn what the traffic policies are, we do not know if we will be able to offer them.
